Flowers for Spring

I just want to take a moment to thank The Children's Jewellery Company for this fabulous win! My son is so excited and he was very impressed when I said the designer will be in April Vogue - well to be fair he did not know anything about Vogue but he was reliably informed that Vogue is the ultimate statement in fashion!

I have been making glass flowers and clear glass tiles so I can add pictures to them. Although these flowers did not pop up because of the warm weather they were inspired by all the beautiful flowers that are now making themselves visible outdoors - oh for some more sun!

I have not found images yet that I want to add to the clear tiles as everything I add seems to look bland but I am not giving up yet!

Here are a few flowers, they are not as easy to make as one (I) originally thought so many of them are destined to be broken up and reworked.




I have also been busy with some simple but elegant earrings - just need some more sun so I can take pretty pics, check back soon ....
